Ingredients:

1tsp of halal gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup fresh strawberries

1 cup cut strawberries
Directions:
1. Mix together crushed crackers and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed and crumbly. Press into a pie plate, going up the sides as much as possible.
2. Beat together the cream cheese, lime juice and sugar in a bowl until smooth and spreadable.

3. Add in gelatine mixture.
4. Whisk whipped cream and add into cream cheese mixture until smooth.
5. Scoop out a little bit of the cheese mixture and whisk it with fresh strawberries.
6. Pour creamy cheese mixture into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Pour the strawberry mixture over of the plain creamy cheese and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours.
8. Arrange the cut strawberries on it depending on your preference. Refrigerate for another 20 hours before serving.
